Our DNA is made of ex-startup founders and the top talent in Product, UX/UI, Software development and Machine & Deep Learning. We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything.
We regularly organize all-hand events to meet as a team and do fun stuff together. We also lunch together or go out to listen to our favourite music (random fact: many of our EvolveSoft Innovations play in a band 🎸 🥁)
Our founding team started their journeys in the corporate world. They then moved on to build their own startups, before coming together to form EvolveSoft Innovations. They studied lean product development through building startups from the ground up with very few resources. This is why, when you build a product with us, it will always be streamlined to the most important features for your user.
We have a rigorous screening process to identify the best talent, from inception, UX/UI design, and development. We are always on the lookout for great problem solvers with passion and drive; these are the types of people we want to work with and learn from ourselves.
